What is the CX Performance Audit?
The CX Performance Audit assesses how effective your channels, AI and automation really are - with the goal of proving marketing’s value contribution in CFO-ready terms. It delivers a performance score benchmarked against the industry, prioritised ROI levers, and an optimisation roadmap for the next six months.
What is the difference between the Basic and Advanced packages?
Basic assesses your three most important channels and names the top three measures with a concrete value contribution that you can implement immediately. Advanced covers all active channels, examines which automated processes and AI applications really contribute to performance, and prioritises the top five measures by impact and value.
How does the CX Performance Audit work?
A 90-minute kick-off call is followed by a two- to four-week analysis phase carried out by Chromedia, including a performance baseline and KPI audit. The results are presented in a 120-minute session and documented in a management summary with an optimisation roadmap as a PDF.
Who is the CX Performance Audit for?
For marketing leaders who want to prove the value contribution of their measures in CFO-ready terms and systematically align performance to business impact. It shifts the discussion from “does this deliver?” to “where does the next euro have the greatest effect?”.
